Position Overview
As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you choose when and how much you work. This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to earn extra money, build a flexible schedule around other commitments, or transition into remote work.
You are not an employee—you operate as an independent contractor and are paid per productive hour or call time, depending on the client program.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound customer service and/or technical support call
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, orders, billing, or troubleshooting
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must reside in the United States
  • Ability to pass a background check (required by clients)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet (hardwired connection required)
  • USB headset (no Bluetooth or wireless)
  • Desktop or laptop computer (Windows or Mac; Chromebooks not accepted)
  • Basic computer skills and ability to follow scripts and guidelines
  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor (no benefits or tax withholding)
