If you thrive in fast-paced settings, enjoy helping customers succeed, and are energized by growth, you will find a home here.</p><p>We are currently seeking a <b>Manager of Account Management</b> to lead our dynamic team, focused on accelerating the adoption and expansion of the MySchoolBucks platform. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and motivator who advocates for both customers and team members, with a knack for transforming opportunities into successful outcomes.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Lead & Inspire:</b> Manage and develop a team of 5 Account Managers, driving performance, supporting onboarding, and cultivating deep expertise across the MySchoolBucks product ecosystem.</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer success.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Drive Growth:</b> Develop strategies and playbooks to maximize retention, identify upsell opportunities, and enhance the customer lifecycle.</li><li>Guide the team to consistently meet and exceed annual revenue targets.</li><li>Build and oversee team pipelines, providing accurate forecasts of growth, retention, and churn.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Collaborate & Influence:</b> Partner closely with Payments leadership to ensure the team is equipped to make a significant impact.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to execute growth initiatives.</li><li>Act as the escalation point for strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li><b>Elevate Customer Experience:</b> Champion an exceptional customer journey, ensuring that clients feel supported, heard, and empowered.</li><li>Conduct key account demonstrations and coach the team on persuasive, value-driven selling.</li></ul><p><b>What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>4+ years of account management or sales experience, including supervisory roles.</li><li>5+ years of experience in K-12 ed tech, SaaS, and/or payments (preferred).</li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.</li><li>Strong relationship-building instincts—genuine, empathetic, and strategic.</li><li>Analytical capabilities to construct data-driven team strategies.</li><li>A steadfast commitment to integrity, client success, and delivering exceptional work.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.</li></ul><p><b>Why You’ll Love Working Here:</b></p><ul><li>Make a meaningful impact on the K-12 community and the families we serve.</li><li>Be part of a team culture built on trust, innovation, and shared victories.</li><li>Join a dynamic environment where your ideas will shape the future of school technology.</li></ul><p><b>Compensation:</b><br>$85,000 - $90,000 + Commission. The compensation range reflects the expected base salary for this position based on location, experience, and other relevant factors.
