Accounts Assistant (Part Time 2 Months Contract)
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform proper filing and organisation of financial documents submitted by retail outlets to the office.
- Ensure documents are accurately sorted, labelled, and stored for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Assist in data entry of financial information into Excel and/or the accounting system.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of records in a timely manner.
- Support the Finance team with basic administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum O Level and above in Accounting or related field
- Working hours (9am-6pm)
- Able to commit from Mar25 till Apr25
- No experience is welcome to apply
