Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospital Position (Per-Diem, Days)

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a per-diem day shift opportunity in a hospital setting in Wichita, Kansas. This role is ideal for nurses who want flexibility while continuing to deliver high-quality care in an acute care environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Hospital or acute care nursing experience

• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively during day shifts

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Commitment to patient safety and quality outcomes

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supervising or mentoring LPNs, CNAs, or new staff

• Familiarity with EMR systems in hospital settings

• Background in medical-surgical, telemetry, ICU, or similar acute care units
