We are looking for upbeat members to up hold our values in customer service, professionalism, and teamwork. Some duties include customer service, sales, housekeeping, stocking, and whatever else it takes to keep the team on the path to success. Part-time & Full Time positions need to be filled. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting in purchasing decisions
- Daily housekeeping - sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc. to ensure a clean environment
- Using a point of sale system accurately
- Learning and studying product knowledge to appropriately assist customers
- Helping management process shipments
- Stocking shelves and hooks to keep the store full
- Continuously promoting a positive and professional work environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have a high school diploma
- Cash handling and counting
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Coach-ability and listening skills
- Able to lift 40lb boxes
- Able to stand for at least 6 hours
