Administrative Assistant - Century City

Century City law firm seeks a full-time administrative assistant. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing team player to be the heartbeat of our office! If you thrive on engaging with people, fostering a positive work environment, and keeping energy levels high, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, organized, and proactively committed to making the office a more enjoyable place to work. We are looking for a candidate who can excel at tasks including:

· Answer phones in a professional and friendly manner

· Greet clients and visitors and assist with related preparations for meetings

· Process paperwork per instructions with close attention to detail

· Maintain a clean and presentable office, lobby and kitchen

· Take charge of keeping office supplies and snacks stocked

· Provide assistance to multiple people and multitask appropriately

· Organize team events and manage our office social calendar

· Willing to take on new tasks as needed

The candidate must have a professional telephone and in-person presence and must also be computer savvy (MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PDF). Attention to detail is a MUST.

This is a full-time (in-person) position for Monday through Friday during regular business hours, including benefits.
