<div><h2>Admissions Officer (Hiring 1 perm role & 2 fixed-term ones)</h2><p>The Graduate Admissions team is responsible for all admissions to UCL’s graduate taught, research and affiliate programmes. It handles approximately 97,000 applications per cycle and is responsible for admitting approximately 18,500 students in each academic year. The Admissions function is critical in ensuring that UCL secures the desired number of students to meet UCL’s aspirations in terms of securing and maintaining a well-qualified, balanced student body and associated tuition fee income.</p><h2>About the role</h2><p>We are seeking to recruit three Admissions Officers to join the team. One on an open-ended basis and two on a fixed-term basis to work in our centralised graduate admissions team where they will be actively engaged in key aspects of graduate admissions administration, principally for applications received directly to UCL. The postholder will undertake all aspects of application processing, including assessing and making selection decisions on applications against agreed criteria. They will also be responsible for responding to queries from applicants and work colleagues, in addition to preparing documentation to support applicants applying for a visa through the Home Office points based immigration system.</p><p>The two fixed-term roles will be ending on 30-Jun-26 and 31-Oct-26</p><p>If you have any queries about the roles, please contact Tom Haskell at: t.haskell@ucl.ac.uk or Chris Gregory at: christopher.gregory@ucl.ac.uk</p><p>Please note, this role does not meet the requirements for visa sponsorship.</p><h2>About you</h2><p>The successful candidate must have experience of admissions in a higher education setting and will have excellent organisational skills, together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
