Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering knowledgeable and friendly service.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.

  • Adhere to defined productivity and quality standards.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and contribute to team success.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong typing speed with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously.

  • Customer-first mindset with a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and online tools.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

  • Must have a distraction-free work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.

Experience

  • Preferred: 0–2 years in customer service, BPO, or similar roles (Freshers welcome).

  • Experience with chat or non-voice process roles will be a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts available, including day, evening, and night shifts.

  • Must be available to work on weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.
