<div><h2>Overview</h2><p>Hours: 39 hours a week • 13 Month Contract</p><p>Salary: £9.70 Per Hour</p><p>Location: Unit 4B Malvern Shopping Park, Roman Way, Malvern WR14 1JO</p><p>Are you passionate about beauty and health? Love talking to customers? You’ll work as an Apprentice Sales Adviser in a Superdrug store. We believe success comes from our people – they make the difference, we have fun, and we work hard to deliver That Superdrug feeling.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Serve customers at the till and deliver excellent service, ensuring customers don’t miss out on Star Buys.</li><li>Help ensure the store is well stocked and maintain a high level of store presentation.</li><li>Actively contribute to achieving store targets and supporting the team to get tasks done.</li><li>Work with your Assessor and store team to improve communication, teamwork and organisational skills.</li><li>Participate in training in-store (no college days) and complete an end point assessment to achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.</li><li>Engage in potential progression opportunities discussed with your Assessor and Store Manager (e.g., progress to sales adviser, team leader or other retail roles).</li><li>Possibly carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).</li></ul><h2>Training and progression</h2><p>Your training will be in-store, with support from your Assessor and Store Manager. After successful completion of the end point assessment, you will achieve a Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.
