You’ll be:</h4> <ul> </p> <li>Assembling and testing medical devices, equipment, and components in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.<br /> </p> <li>Reviewing quality checkpoints and following work instructions to ensure regulatory compliance.<br /> </p> <li>Using hand tools, automated machinery, and power tools as needed to perform assembly tasks in accordance with GMP and FDA regulations.<br /> </p> <li>Preparing and organizing kits with required components and maintaining accurate inventory levels.<br /> </p> <li>Handling and storing materials and assemblies properly, and reporting any discrepancies or quality issues to team leaders.<br /> </p> <li>Escalating quality issues and ensuring documentation and compliance with all SOPs and regulatory requirements.<br /> </p> <li>Participating in lean manufacturing initiatives and completing all required training and certifications.<br /> </p> <li>Packaging and labeling assemblies for shipment, ensuring protection and accuracy.<br /> </p> <li>Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to EHS safety procedures and company standards. </ul> <h4>This job might be an outstanding fit if you:</h4> <ul> </p> <li>Have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.<br /> </p> <li>Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.<br /> </p> <li>Are willing to work 2nd shift and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards.<br /> </p> <li>Possess good manual dexterity and are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery.<br /> </p> <li>Have experience in assembly, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred but not required).<br /> </p> <li>Are committed to continuous learning, safety, and contributing to a positive work environment. </ul> <h4>What happens next</h4> <p>Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
