AT&T Representative

At BPG Management, we partner with AT&T to deliver wireless solutions to customers throughout the area. We are currently hiring an AT&T Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning sales fundamentals, and developing long-term professional skills.

No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and clear advancement opportunities for motivated candidates.

As an AT&T Representative, you will engage directly with customers in a face-to-face environment to educate them on AT&T products and services. You’ll help customers understand their options, answer questions, and guide them toward solutions that fit their needs. This position combines customer interaction, product education, and performance-based growth.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative:

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to explain AT&T wireless products and services
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer questions clearly and confidently
  • Assist customers with new or existing service options
  • Complete accurate paperwork for customer accounts
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development sessions
  • Track personal performance and contribute to team goals
  • Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong communication skills and a people-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a customer-facing role
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

Pay: $3,850.00 - $4,900.00 per month
