Job Summary
Oversees daily bar operations and supports the Food & Beverage Manager in maintaining exceptional service standards, beverage quality, and team performance. Acts as shift leader and mentor to bartenders and barbacks
Responsibilities:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Lead bar team during service; assign tasks and ensure smooth operations.
  • Train and mentor bartenders on service standards, cocktail execution, and member
    engagement.
  • Assist in creating and updating cocktail menus, wine lists, and seasonal features.
  • Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls in coordination with management.
  • Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, safety regulations, and club policies.
  • Maintain luxury-level presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Resolve member concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support large-scale events, tournaments, and specialty beverage activations.
Qualifications:
Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years bartending experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, wine service, and beverage costing.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and hospitality
    excellence
Compensation
  • AT $32.00/hourly
