Barista/Bartender

Job Title: Barista – Fine Dining Restaurant

Location: Dubai Mall, Dubai, UAE

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have strong coffee-making expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a keen eye for detail in maintaining beverage presentation standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station.
• Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.
• Monitor bar items.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Knowledge of espresso machines, brewing methods, and latte art.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available to join immediately.
• Positive attitude, team player, and passion for hospitality.
• Must be readily available in Dubai.
• Flexibility to work during peak season and can handle stress.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: To be discussed during the interview (Range: 3,500 - 5,000 depending on expertise)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
