- Perform Business Process Analysis Documentation and interpret requirements for proposed solutions
- Create and document test plans while guiding brainstorming sessions and managing project schedules

- Provide mentoring to state staff and contract resources on various tools as required
- Analyze business domains and document processes or systems for integration with technology

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 84 months of experience in writing and analyzing detailed business requirement documents and use cases
- 84 months of experience creating use case diagrams and activity diagrams using UML techniques and Microsoft Visio
- 84 months of experience in organizing Joint Application Development sessions and presenting system documents
- 84 months of experience in testing software modules and user acceptance testing
