Cafe Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The Cafe Manager will ensure smooth operations, excellent customer service, proper staff management, and strong financial performance.

Job Description:

• Manage overall daily operations of the café
• Supervise and lead kitchen and service staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Control daily sales, expenses, and reduce wastage
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure smooth workflow
• Work towards increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 1,500 – 1,800 per month (based on experience)
• Free accommodation and food provided
• Own visa preferred
