Call Center Agent

Common Collection Agency is looking for dynamic Call Center Agents with a minimum of 1 year of Call Center Experience.

Hours of Shift: (This position is an in-office position)

  • Monday 10:15am - 08:45pm
  • Tuesday 10:15am - 08:45pm
  • Wednesday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Every 3rd Saturday of the month 08:30am - 11:30am

Experience/Qualifications Requirements:

  • Must have experience working in a Call Center
  • Responsible for the collection of outstanding accounts by outbound/inbound Telephone calls.
  • Communicate with customers while being compliant and following the provincial legislation laws & client guidelines.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to call center issues
  • Be able to apply skip tracing techniques.
  • Analyze and evaluate reports & execute KPI through one on one coaching.
  • Follow guidelines to determine & negotiate suitable repayment arrangements
  • Update customer account information with e.g. commitments to pay, amounts & dates, collection call updates
  • Submit reports for review by collection management on a timely manner.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for consistent collection calls
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Adapt in a fast-paced environment & willingness to learn
  • Desire to learn and further your career & be a team player.
  • Evening coverage until 9pm a requirement on a mandatory late night.
  • Bilingual an asset (English, French) but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
