Call Center Representative – On-Site (Jackson, MS)

Training Start Date: April 6th, 2026

Weekly Pay- $15.00/hour | Full-Time | Structured Schedule

We’re hiring experienced Call Center Representatives to join a fast-paced, high-volume call center in Jackson, MS. This is a 100% on-site role (not remote) ideal for individuals who enjoy a structured workday, clear expectations, and consistent hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Make outbound calls using a provided script (verbatim)
  • Meet daily and weekly call center performance metrics
  • Follow established policies and procedures
  • Maintain professionalism in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
  • Remain seated for extended periods while handling continuous calls

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous call center experience required
  • 6–12 months of customer service experience
  • Basic computer and navigation skills
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and open to coaching
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-screener prior to selection for training
  • Must successfully complete a 30-day probationary period for attendance

Schedule & Pay

  • Training Start Date: April 6th, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:45 AM–5:00 PM, two required Saturdays per month: 8:45 AM–4:00 PM
  • Pay: $15.00 per hour
  • Pay Frequency: Weekly pay

Important Notes

  • This position is on-site only (no remote or hybrid options)
  • Candidates must interview in person and attend a job-site pre-screener to qualify
