What You Will Do:
The Call Centre Agent is responsible for delivering an exceptional first point of contact experience for prospective residents. As part of the New Development Leasing team, this role supports the leasing journey by managing inbound and outbound communications, pre-screening prospects, and coordinating appointments for Leasing Specialists. This role plays a key part in driving occupancy by ensuring every inquiry is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a strong customer-first approach.
What to Expect:
During your first 3 months, you will be enrolled in our onboarding program where you will be acquainted with our core values, people and culture, lines of business and strategic plans. This includes an overview of our operations, exclusive company offerings and an opportunity to join committees and councils. You will participate in customized training, specific to your role, on our internal processes and procedures.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leasing inquiries across phone, email, and digital channels in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and consistent information regarding property availability, pricing, features, and amenities
- Pre-screen prospective residents using established leasing criteria to assess suitability and prioritize qualified leads
- Schedule and coordinate property tours and appointments for Leasing Specialists, ensuring a seamless transition of prospects
- Track and manage leads throughout the leasing funnel to ensure timely follow-up and progression
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with Leasing Specialists to support a consistent and high-quality prospect experience
- Adhere to contact centre performance standards, including response times, call quality, and conversion expectations
- Support administrative leasing and operational tasks as required

Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service, call centre, or sales support role
- Experience in real estate, property management, or leasing is considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent telephone etiquette
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
