We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. -
Monitor residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.

Help with mobility and ensure residents are safe and comfortable during transfers.

Document care provided and any changes in residents’ conditions in accordance with facility policies.

Provide companionship and emotional support to residents and their families.
-
Assist with infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Participate in team meetings and collaborate with nursing staff to create and implement care plans.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Fresh or newly licensed CNAs are welcome -
Experienced CNA is preferred

Experience in a skilled nursing facility/long-term care/senior care is a plus
-
Valid and active CNA license in the state of California

Must have an active BLS through the American Heart Association

Must have an active CPR Certification
-
Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards is required

Interest in working with the geriatric population
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Full Time Shift: 5 days weekly, 7.5 hours per day; 4 Days ON: 2 Days OFF Rotation
Part Time Shift: 3 days weekly - Saturday, Sunday and Monday/Wednesday
Open for Morning, Evening, or Overnight Shift
