Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. Maintain a thorough understanding of Cigna's products and services to effectively communicate with clients. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and make recommendations for process improvements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Keep accurate records of client interactions and maintain up-to-date client information in databases. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant and timely information. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and retention targets. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve the client experience.
