Copywriter (Part-Time)
Description:
The Copywriter supports the development of marketing copy across social, email, lifecycle, campaigns, and product launches. This engagement translates editorial voice and Indagare's travel intelligence into channel-appropriate messaging and value propositions. The ideal contractor navigates the intersection of storytelling in all contexts (marketing, social and editorial), product communication, and brand positioning.
Scope of Services
- Write and refine copy for social, email, marketing campaigns, and product launches
- Translate editorial POV into concise, persuasive, and channel-native formats
- Support lifecycle messaging for onboarding, nurture, and product adoption flows
- Partner with the Creative Director to maintain voice and tone consistency
- Partner with Editorial, Sales, and Marketing teams on packaging and scripting
- Support the CMO with messaging frameworks and product positioning

Qualifications
- 4-8+ years writing for brands, editorial platforms, luxury/lifestyle categories, or membership/subscription environments
- Ability to write in multiple modes: editorial storytelling, lifecycle/CRM messaging, product positioning, and short-form social
- Strong voice and narrative instincts; able to translate destination knowledge, travel intel, and product value into compelling language
- Attention to detail, grammar, and tone consistency; skilled line editor
- Comfortable working under deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to iterate with Editorial, Marketing, and Creative stakeholders
- Curious about travel, culture, and member psychology; sees writing as meaning-making, not just decoration
