Job Description:
- Coaches and guides patients, families, groups of patients, and nursing professionals to advance care and professional development.
- Conducts thorough and systematic research, interpreting and using evidence in clinical practice and quality improvement.
- Participates in the application and conduct of research to contribute to the advancement of clinical knowledge.
- Identifies, articulates, and takes action on ethical concerns at various levels, including patient, family, healthcare provider, system, community, and public policy.
- Develops and implements processes and procedures to optimize workflow while meeting quality standards.
