Customer Experience Specialist – Adam & Eve Reno

Adam & Eve Reno is searching for a Customer Experience Rockstar—someone smart, upbeat, reliable, and genuinely great with people. If you’re outgoing, love learning new things, and want to work in a fun, positive, judgment-free environment, we want to meet you!

Our store is all about education, confidence, and connection. You’ll help customers feel comfortable, answer questions, and guide them to products that enhance their lives. We value team members who bring great energy, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow.

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time, 3–5 days per week
• Must be available for:
• Afternoon shifts: 12pm–5pm and
• Closing shifts:
• Sun–Thurs: 5pm–10pm
• Fri–Sat: 5pm–11pm
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18+ years old

• Deliver friendly, judgment-free, top-notch customer service
• Educate customers and confidently recommend products
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Demonstrate products and upsell in a natural, helpful way
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Be part of a supportive, fun, team-first culture
