Customer Relations Assistant
<p><b>The confidence to maintain composure and patience when dealing with a variety of customers and complex complaints.</b></p> <ol> <li>Working on our checkouts and returns desk to support our customers in a timely manner & greeting customers at the main entrance.</li> <li>You will use your knowledge, resilience and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints, dealing positively and quickly with any issues raised.</li> <li>You ensure accurate handling of all returned products, highlighting and escalating any product issues immediately.</li> <li>Supporting customers experiencing difficulties in product assembly and where needed be able to order and exchange spare parts.</li> <li>You prefer to take initiative, are adept at juggling several responsibilities at once, and value teamwork while also being able to complete assignments without direct supervision.</li> <li>You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.</li> <li>You are computer literate and willing to work with technology.</li> <li>£12.60 per hour</li> <li>Permanent</li> <li>Part-time</li> <li>23 hours ago</li> </ol> <h2>IKEA Warrington WA5 7TY, are excited to welcome new Customer Relations Assistants to our fantastic team!</h2> <p>We\'re looking for upbeat, quick-thinking Customer Relations Assistants who love turning challenges into great customer experiences.
