Customer Service Specialist 1st Line

We are seeking a 1st Line Client Support representative to assist our clients in real-time through phone calls, emails, and chats.
This job includes calling to abandoned carts clients, clients who purchased samples, and following up clients who sent the requests earlier (with calls or emails).
Calls follow the given script.
Ideal candidates should be eager to learn about a new industry (home goods) and take the initiative in self-study, rather than relying solely on guidance.
We also have a knowledge base available to support learning and customer inquiries.

Shift:
10 PM - 6 AM , London time.
5 days per week Mon to Fri.

Contract duration of more than 6 months.
with 40 hours per week.
