Customer Support Specialist, Inbound Phone Calls, Insurance Tool
Job Description:
- Provide inbound phone support to customers during times when insurance agents are unavailable
- Help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous data entry experience
- Experience providing high-volume phone support
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software on both your computer and mobile device
- Willingness to install AWS tools on your computer
- Access to a smartphone capable of taking photos and installing apps
- Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher
- 8 GB RAM or greater
- Dual monitors highly recommended
