Customer Support Specialist, Inbound Phone Calls, Insurance Tool

Job Description:

  • Provide inbound phone support to customers during times when insurance agents are unavailable
  • Help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous data entry experience
  • Experience providing high-volume phone support
  • Typing speed of 45+ WPM
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills
  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11
  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software on both your computer and mobile device
  • Willingness to install AWS tools on your computer
  • Access to a smartphone capable of taking photos and installing apps
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher
  • 8 GB RAM or greater
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
