Data Analyst

Required Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), including complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, and VBA (if required). Expertise in Power BI for creating sophisticated data visualizations Knowledge of SQL or other data management tools is a plus. Analytical Skills Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of analyzing data to drive insights. Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into understandable, actionable information. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience 3+ years of experience in a data analysis, MIS, or similar role, preferably within a multi-functional organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional BI tools or statistical software (Tableau, R, Python, etc.). Certification in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or other relevant analytics tools. Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to provide data solutions.
