Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts | Morning and weekend availability required

Role Summary

We are hiring reliable Delivery Drivers to join our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team based in Philadelphia, PA. Drivers will use a company-supplied cargo van to deliver Amazon packages to customers. A CDL is not required for this position.

This role is well-suited for candidates seeking either full-time or part-time employment who value competitive wages, independence while working, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.

Primary Duties

  • Drive a company cargo van to deliver packages to homes and businesses
  • Load and unload packages weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Utilize a smartphone for navigation and scanning deliveries
  • Complete 200+ deliveries per shift accurately and efficiently
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors
  • Support team members when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license held for at least 2 years
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Availability on weekends and select holidays
