Direct Care Staff

Direct care staff needed for a boys group home for delinquent youth in Norman, OK. Full time positions earning holiday/vacation time and an insurance packet provided. Must be capable of supervising and interacting with youth ages 13-18 years old. Must be 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to provide structure, enforce rules, assist juveniles with daily activities, and manage delinquent youth. Experience preferred, but not required. This position would be ideal for a person wanting to mentor youth or gain experience in the criminal justice/psychological/social work field.

Looking for overnight (3p-11p) shift work through the week and weekends. Part time position available.
