A directional drilling contractor is hiring experienced Directional Drillers for offshore assignments based out of Lafayette, LA. This role requires extensive deepwater experience, proficiency with rotary steerable systems, and the ability to work directly with clients under high-pressure conditions. Offshore certifications are handled during onboarding. Ideal for seasoned professionals in deepwater operations looking to contribute to high-standard service delivery.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum 6 years of deepwater directional drilling experience
• Experience with motors and rotary steerable systems
• Valid U.S. work permit that allows offshore travel outside the U.S.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Advanced English fluency
• Ability to pass required offshore safety and certification onboarding
