Lead segment and account strategy for neo‑cloud and AI‑native platform providers Develop and mentor a team of Account Managers to drive customer engagement and execution discipline Grow design activity across AI training/inference systems, cloud compute, and storage architectures Oversee revenue performance, demand forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations Align cross‑functional teams to customer requirements and market trends in AI and cloud infrastructure Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, cloud, AI infrastructure, or high‑performance systems markets Proven experience selling into cloud, hyperscale, or complex technical environments Experience leading high‑performing sales or account management teams Strong understanding of DRAM, NAND, HBM, and emerging memory technologies MBA Experience handling complex commercial agreements or long‑term partnerships Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar sales management tools Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal capabilities Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
