In an Italian kitchen, the "heart" is the food, but the "engine" is the dish pit. We need someone who takes pride in keeping our station organized and our chefs stocked with clean equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Keep it Sparkling: Wash and sanitize all plates, glassware, utensils, and heavy-duty cookware.
• Support the Line: Ensure the kitchen staff has the pots, pans, and tools they need during the rush.
• Maintain the Space: Assist with basic cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, and trash removal) to keep our kitchen safe and tidy.
• Team Play: Lend a hand with light prep work (like peeling garlic or potatoes) during quieter moments.

What We’re Looking For

• Energy: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliability: A "no-show" hurts the whole team; we need someone we can count on.
• Pace: Someone who can keep their cool when the dinner rush hits.
• Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and a hustle, we will train you.

Pay: $350.00 - $650.00 per week
