E-Commerce Clerk / German fluent
Your Tasks:
Processing incoming customer inquiries via chat, telephone, and email, mainly in German language.
Handling customer complaints and ensuring general customer satisfaction.
Performing general office and administrative tasks.
Coordinating forwarding deliveries and creating export documents.
Managing our social media channels and communicating with influencers.
Your Profile:
Fluent in German language.
At least 2 years of professional experience in office work and customer service.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Good spoken English skills.
Reliable, with an independent way of working and strong organizational skills.

High flexibility to work in the German time zone:
Regular working hours: 12 PM to 3 PM (CET).

Must be available to provide coverage during sick leave or vacation days, with working hours from 7 AM to 11/12 AM (CET).
