E-Commerce Clerk / German fluent

Your Tasks:

  • Processing incoming customer inquiries via chat, telephone, and email, mainly in German language.

  • Handling customer complaints and ensuring general customer satisfaction.

  • Performing general office and administrative tasks.

  • Coordinating forwarding deliveries and creating export documents.

  • Managing our social media channels and communicating with influencers.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German language.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in office work and customer service.

  • Professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Good spoken English skills.

  • Reliable, with an independent way of working and strong organizational skills.

  • High flexibility to work in the German time zone:

    • Regular working hours: 12 PM to 3 PM (CET).

    • Must be available to provide coverage during sick leave or vacation days, with working hours from 7 AM to 11/12 AM (CET).
