The Electrophysiology Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with cardiac arrhythmias and other electrophysiological conditions. Day-to-day duties include conducting patient evaluations, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, educating patients and families, and collaborating with the cardiology team to provide comprehensive care. The role also involves ensuring quality and safety in the delivery of patient care in compliance with clinical guidelines.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Advanced clinical skills in electrophysiology, cardiac care, and patient assessment</li><li>Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans and provide patient education</li><li>Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff</li><li>Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and certification in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care or Family Nurse Practice</li><li>Experience in electrophysiology or cardiology specialty preferred</li><li>Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program</li><li>BLS and ACLS certification</li></ul>
