Qualifications:
- Must be a registered nurse (RN) licensed in the state of Kansas.
- Possess an Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- Full-time positions available.
Med Surg RN - Day shift and Night shift options.
ER RN - Night shift available (7pm-7am).
- Hourly rate ranging from $30 to $57, depending on experience and degree. Shift differentials include $2.00/hr for evenings, $2.50 for nights, $2.70 for weekends.
- Full benefits package includes sign-on/relocation bonuses of $5,000 for a 1-year commitment or $10,000 for a 2-year commitment, as well as $5,000 per year in tuition reimbursement.
- Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients following physicians' orders. Assess patients' conditions, administer treatments and medications, and document progress and observations. Coordinate patient care and participate in patient and family education. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other team members to maintain standards and ensure quality patient outcomes.

This facility is an acute care hospital with less than 50 beds and operates as a not-for-profit organization. Target nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1, but may be 3-4:1 until census increases. Depending on census, additional nursing staff or CNAs may be assigned to assist.
