<h1 style="margin: 0.25in 0in 4pt; line-height: 115%; break-after: avoid; font-size: 20pt; font-family: 'Aptos Display', sans-serif; color: #0f4761; font-weight: normal;">As the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager for QXO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of our people, protecting our fleet, and ensuring the safety and compliance of approximately 70 branch and transportation locations nationwide. Reporting to the Director of EH&S, you will be the field-based leader driving risk elimination, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation. You will partner closely with site leaders, transportation teams, and executives to develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs that set the benchmark for excellence in warehousing and logistics. Will be responsible for New England, New York and New Jersey branches. </h1> What you'll do: Regulatory Expertise and Compliance<ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Serve as the subject matter expert and first point of contact for regulatory inquiries, inspections, and audits.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Manage OSHA recordkeeping requirements (Forms 300, 300A, 301) with full audit readiness.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 8pt; line-height: 115%; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;">Proven success in designing and implementing EH&S programs across diverse operations.</li><li style="margin-top: 0in;
