Executive Assistant & Project Manager. Self-employed. Hybrid / Central London
<h2>Job Description</h2><div><div><p>We’re seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant and Project Manager to join an expanding startup on a contract self employed basis, combining strategic project management with high-level executive CEO support.</p>\ \ <p>This role requires a candidate able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, can work autonomously and establish robust processes, whilst supporting a growing team. This candidate will need exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage complex and competing priorities.</p>\ \ <p>The ideal candidate will have a proven EA and/or Project Manager track record and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. They must be highly digitally competent across a wide variety of platforms and tools.</p>\ \ <p>Experience in publishing or startup environments would be advantageous, as would familiarity with the wellness sector and bookkeeping or financial administration skills.</p>\ \ <p><strong>Contract: </strong>Approx 40 hours per week</p>\ \ <p><strong>Location: </strong>Remote + 1 day / week Central London</p>\ \ <p><strong>Hours: </strong>Full-time - occasional flexibility required</p>\ \ <p> </p>\ \ <p><strong>Duties include but are not limited to:</strong></p>\ \ <ul>\ \ <li>Manage complex scheduling, diary, emails, calendar and travel</li>\ \ <li>Handle personal / business tasks with discretion and efficiency</li>\ \ <li>Act as the first point of contact for internal / external contacts</li>\ \ <li>Drive projects from conception to completion</li>\ \ <li>Ensure project deadlines are met</li>\ \ <li>Build and implement processes / systems</li>\ \ <li>Create quality internal / external documentation</li>\ \ <li>Track multiple workstreams</li>\ \ <li>Coordinate event organisation and logistics</li>\ \ <li>Support team coordination and internal communications</li>\ \ <li>Maintain filing systems and company documentation</li>\ \ <li>Monitor progress across projects and timelines</li>\ </ul>\ \ <p> </p>\ \ <p> </p>\ \ <p><em>***Joyce Guiness is one of the most established support recruitment agencies in London.
