Position Summary This strategic sales leader has new business responsibilities for the Employer Segment for Caremark in the Western Region (West of Mississippi) and will drive regional strategy and be responsible for achieving target market position, market share growth, and drive innovation. Major Responsibilities: Develops, communicates, and executes sales growth strategy and performance measures in line with the overall Caremark and CVS Health strategy Analyzes competitive environment to support and improve pricing, underwriting, and product development strategies. Continually monitoring and evaluating the competition and provide suggestions for the company to be in the forefront of innovation. Ensures achievement of sale, growth, retention, and profitability goals within Caremark Cultivates and maintains strong relationships with all constituents Recruits, attracts, and retains a diverse workforce and engages and develops them through mentoring, coaching and making available tools and resources. Defining and coordinating sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives. Working across the organization and collaborating with various key senior executives within CVS Caremark on both short- and long-term sales strategy. Required Qualifications 8-10 years of Healthcare Sales Experience with large accounts 5 years of Sales Management and/or Leadership experience Experience selling to employers, employer coalitions, labor groups, and government groups Deep understanding of PBM products, client management and operations with the ability to solve complex problems through people in other functional organizations. Strong financial acumen with the ability to set strategic direction to achieve budget goals and financial targets. Strong presentation skills and client relationship management. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree Education Bachelor's Degree Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $120,800.00 - $265,914.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
