Your primary duties will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting different departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/sports assigned * Following and preserving guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of domestic and international budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information * Communicating with the seller to technique budget transfers * Understanding and being acquainted with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, studying member again exams on draft changes, technique member exams, affirm contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and liberating budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and prison fees **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Skilled in arenaflex Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure situations * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
