As a key member of the design team, the Chef Florist will conceptualize and create bespoke floral arrangements, collaborate directly with clients to bring their visions to life, and curate seasonal and special occasion floral designs. The Chef Florist will manage the selection and care of premium flowers, ensure quality control, and supervise the team in executing floral installations for events, corporate partnerships, and custom gifting solutions. A strong focus on design innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction is integral to this role.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Strong expertise in floral arrangement, creative design, and crafting bespoke floral concepts</li><li>Knowledge of flower sourcing, preservation techniques, and sustainable practices</li><li>Ability to manage client communication, collaborate on “Floral Storytelling Sessions,” and translate client visions into designs</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in managing floral inventory and team operations</li><li>Experience in event floristry or providing corporate floral solutions is highly beneficial</li><li>Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality, luxury floral designs</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, creative, and customer-focused environment</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in design trends and familiarity with UAE’s culture and heritage is an advantage</li></ul>
