Birds Nest Italian Street Food LLC is a high-volume, fast-growing food truck company operating four trucks throughout Central Massachusetts and New England. We proudly operate two distinct brands: Italian Street Food and Braised Food Truck.

With 600+ events per year including weddings, corporate catering, breweries, town festivals, and private events, we are hiring a Full-Time Driver & Crew Member to join our team.

Position Overview:

This role combines driving, event setup, food preparation, and customer service. We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive food trucks to and from event locations
  • Set up and break down equipment at events
  • Assist with food prep and cooking
  • Serve customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate grills, fryers, and kitchen equipment safely
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck
  • Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Comfortable driving large vehicles
  • Food service or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Team-oriented attitude
