Freelance Japanese HR Virtual Support

Hi,

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance HR Virtual Support based in Japan to support our Japanese Team HR and General Affairs operations remotely.

Responsibilities:

*Handle employee data entry and file management

*Assist with local compliance and banking documentation

*Coordinate simple GA tasks (e.g., supplier inquiries, office admin support)

*Translate short internal documents (JP ↔ EN) when needed

Requirements:

*Fluent in Japanese and English (written & spoken)

*Experience in HR or administrative support preferred, and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

*Strong attention to detail and time management skills

*Comfortable working independently and virtually

Monthly working hours required: 15-20 hours per month
