We are seeking a qualified and experienced CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and the ability to prepare students to successfully pass the CPHQ exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CPHQ training sessions (online or in-person).

• Teach the full CPHQ curriculum, including healthcare quality, performance improvement, patient safety, leadership, and information management.

• Guide students with exam strategies, practice questions, and study material.

• Provide regular doubt-clearing sessions and learner support.

• Assess student performance and ensure effective learning outcomes.

• Maintain a professional and engaging training environment.

Requirements

• CPHQ Certification (Mandatory)

• Previous training/teaching experience preferred

• Strong understanding of healthcare quality principles

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work on a flexible part-time schedule

• Based in UAE preferred
