Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate

Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders. Assist in organizing and managing the receiving operations, including inventory management and tracking. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient and safe operations. Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment goals. Communicate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of any issues. Perform quality control checks on received merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. Use scanning and tracking systems to accurately record and track incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, orders, or inventory. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service when needed. Adhere to all safety and security procedures while handling and storing merchandise. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Continuously look for ways to improve and streamline fulfillment and receiving processes. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
