We specialize in launching consumer products at scale. Over the past two years, we’ve launched 250+ new products across multiple brands, and we’re doubling down for even bigger expansion in 2025. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking to expand our team of graphic designers to cope with the increasing demand in graphical assets for new and existing products. By joining us as a graphic designer you will: <ul> <li>Prepare high-quality graphical assets for Amazon listings from scratch, researching the product, extracting key information, and presenting it visually in a way that is both convincing and attractive, with basic guidance from the Product Manager.</li> <li>Support 3D rendering tasks when requested.</li> <li>Participate in the creative process and execution of new brands, logo design, branding material and brand identity.</li> <li>Design stylish packages and user manuals to give customers the best first impression and help them understand and use the product easily.</li> <li>Share your input and graphical knowledge in a collaborative environment.</li> <li>Bring new ideas to the table and proactively seek to improve your own processes and competencies.</li> </ul> You will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and join the Graphic Design Team. You will also work in close collaboration with the Product Managers so that you can create the best possible listings, manuals and packages. In addition to your immediate contributions with graphical assets, the goal is that you can progressively grow your skill, productivity and responsibilities. ABOUT YOU This job will be a right fit for you if you: <ul> <li>Compose good-looking images that catch the eye and are easy to understand</li> <li>Has strong technical skills in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw</li> <li>Have 3D product modelling and rendering skills, able to create accurate models and high-quality product renders to support Amazon listings when needed</li> <li>Are able to execute tasks quickly and efficiently</li> <li>Can work independently and take full ownership of tasks</li> <li>Handle workload peaks with focus and efficiency</li> <li>Are able to think things through - able to translate product benefits visually and understand the vibe we want to convey to potential customers</li> <li>Default toward research - both in checking what competitors are doing and in learning through resources like YouTube</li> <li>Possess strong communication and organizational skills</li> <li>Are willing to learn, have a self-growth mindset</li> <li>Can both give and receive constructive criticism</li> <li>Work well in teams and understand each others’ needs</li> <li>Has great judgment in prioritizing tasks and organizing schedules effectively</li> <li>Take pride in delivering high-quality material in the most efficient and frictionless way possible</li> <li>Has a proficient level of English</li> <li>Are easy-going and flexible, adapting to changes smoothly</li> <li>Have Amazon listing experience (a plus, but not required)</li> </ul> Your 3D Skillset: <ul> <li>Comfortable working in 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya or other), and preparing files for seamless cross-compatibility between software</li> <li>Familiar with PBR texturing </li> <li>Comfortable creating basic UV maps </li> <li>Familiarity with KeyShot (a plus, but not required)</li> </ul> AND ABOUT THE CONDITIONS? Location: Remote Compensation: <ul> <li>1500 EUR /month & up based on profile</li> <li>Pay-rise policy: once a year (up to 6%) based on your performance </li> <li>A yearly bonus based on the company’s performance</li> <li>Work anniversary bonus: 500 EUR for each year with the company</li> <li>Yearly IT budget: 500 EUR to cover IT expenses</li> <li>Yearly gift allowance: 500 EUR to buy gifts for friends and family from our company’s brands</li> <li>Company products included as part of your setup</li> <li>20 days of paid holiday per year</li> <li>Maternity and paternity leave included in our policy</li> <li>Company holiday break from Christmas through December 31st</li> </ul> Working Hours: You can expect a 40-hour weekly workload Bonus: Once a year there will be a company retreat, most likely on a southeast Asian island or in Europe, and all expenses (accommodation, flights, activities, etc.) will be paid for.
