At our locally owned restaurant in St. Pete Beach, team members can earn up to a $1/hour raise through a clear development pipeline—by taking initiative and putting in a little extra work, not by waiting around for favoritism.

What we offer:

• $14–$16/hour (based on hours worked), with growth opportunity
