- Moderate Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is PREFERRED to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Good communication skills

-Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability

- Manage guest check-in/check-out

- Handle guest reservations, in person, over the phone, or online

- Providing information, assistance, and resolving guest inquiries or complaints
