Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business needs and objectives related to HR technology. Develop and execute strategic plans for HR technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of HR technology systems, including troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues. Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR technology. Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements. Serve as a subject matter expert for HR technology systems, providing guidance and support to users across the organization. Train and onboard new employees on HR technology systems and processes. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and implement new HR technology solutions.
