As part of their continued growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced leader to head their <strong>Talent Management & Organisation Development</strong> function.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>The HR Director – Talent Management & Organisation Development (OD) is responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy, building organizational capability, and shaping a high-performance culture. This role oversees all talent lifecycle initiatives including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and change management to ensure alignment with business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><strong>1. Talent Management Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals.</li><li>Drive leadership development programs for senior and high-potential talent.</li><li>Oversee succession planning and talent review processes to ensure bench strength for critical roles.</li><li>Identify skill gaps and workforce planning requirements to support current and future business needs.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>2. Organisation Development</strong></p><ul><li>Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency.</li><li>Design and implement change management strategies for business transformations.</li><li>Develop and deploy competency frameworks, performance management systems, and recognition programs.</li><li>Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. Employee Engagement & Culture</strong></p><ul><li>Shape the company’s culture and engagement strategies to drive employee satisfaction and retention.</li><li>Implement interventions to improve organizational morale, collaboration, and communication.</li><li>Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B) in partnership with HR teams.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>4. HR Leadership & Stakeholder Management</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business priorities.</li><li>Provide expert advice on HR policies, talent decisions, and organizational design.</li><li>Manage, mentor, and develop the talent management and OD team.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>5. Analytics & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and report on talent metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, leadership pipeline, succession readiness).</li><li>Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement HR initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications & Experience:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; MBA or Master’s in HR/OD preferred.</li><li>10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in Talent Management, OD, or HR Business Partner functions.</li><li>Proven track record in multinational or large corporate environments, ideally in FMCG, Hospitality, or other fast-paced industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of talent lifecycle, OD frameworks, leadership development, and change management.</li><li>Experience driving HR strategy in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Skills & Competencies:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Strategic thinking and business acumen</li><li>Leadership development and coaching</li><li>Talent assessment and succession planning</li><li>Change management and organizational effectiveness</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>HR analytics and workforce planning</li><li>Ability to foster a high-performance and inclusive culture</li></ul><p></p>
